摘要
针对采煤机导向滑靴出现的故障问题,采用PROE和ABQUS软件,建立了导向滑靴有限元仿真模型,开展了导向滑靴应力、应变的仿真分析。结果表明:导向滑靴的销孔、底板及导钩等部位均出现了应力集中与结构变形现象,此现象与实际情况相符合,由此找到了导向滑靴的结构变形规律,提出了导向滑靴的结构改进建议。
Aiming at the failure of shearer guide sliding boots,the finite element simulation model of guide slippers is established by using PROE and ABQUS software,and the simulation analysis of stress and strain of guiding sliding boots is carried out. The results show that the stress concentration and structural deformation occur in the pin hole,the bottom plate and the guide hook of the guide slipper,which is consistent with the actual situation,and the structural deformation law of the guide slipper is found out. Some suggestions for improving the structure of guide slippers are put forward.
