摘要
分析了采煤机牵引系统的工作原理及使用过程中出现的主要问题,采用ADMAS软件建立牵引系统虚拟样机模型,开展了采煤机平行轴、销轮角度速变化研究。该研究对进一步掌握采煤机部件的运行规律、降低部件的故障概率、提高煤矿企业的生产效率具有重要意义。
This paper analyzes the working principle and main problems of the shearer traction system,establishes the virtual prototype model of the traction system by using ADMAS software,and carries out the study on the change of the angle speed of the parallel shaft and pin wheel of the shearer. This research is of great significance to further grasp the operation law of shearer parts,reduce the failure probability of parts,and improve the production efficiency of coal mining enterprises.
