摘要
采用Matlab仿真分析软件对采煤机在三种典型工况下的截割载荷特性进行了仿真分析,归纳了不同截割载荷作用下对采煤机截割载荷、截割力矩的变化规律,为优化采煤机截割机构,针对不同的地质条件采用不同的截割作业方案、来降低对截齿和截割机构的冲击、从而提升采煤机截割机构工作可靠性和使用寿命提供理论支撑。
The cutting load characteristics of shearer under three typical working conditions are simulated and analyzed by using Matlab simulation analysis software,and the changing rules of cutting load and cutting moment of shearer under different cutting loads are summarized,and the cutting load and cutting moment of shearer under different cutting loads are summarized,and the cutting load and cutting moment of shearer under different cutting loads are summarized.
