摘要
现有的采煤机多采用行星轮传动机构,通过齿轮相互连接,吸震缓冲能力差,对采煤机截割滚筒负载变化的适应性差。基于此针对一种新型的液压混合动力截割传动系统进行了研究,通过AMEsim仿真分析软件对其传动特性和缓震性进行了仿真分析,表明该液压混合动力截割传动系统不仅能够灵活的实现变速截割控制而且能够对载荷突变进行快速响应,具有良好的缓冲突变负载的能力,极大地提升了采煤机截割传动系统工作的可靠性。
Most of the existing shearer adopts planetary gear transmission mechanism,the gear is connected with each other,the shock absorption and buffering ability is poor,and the adaptability to the load change of cutting roller of shearer is poor. Based on this,a new type of hydraulic hybrid power cutting transmission system is studied,and its transmission characteristics and vibration retardance are simulated and analyzed by AMEsim simulation and analysis software. It is shown that the hydraulic hybrid power cutting transmission system can not only realize the variable speed cutting control flexibly,but also can respond quickly to the load mutation,and has a good capability of slow collision and variable load. It greatly improves the reliability of the cutting transmission system of the shearer.
