摘要
在对600 MW机组凝气系统进行深入研究的基础上,综合考虑了汽轮机组在工作过程中入口处的水温、水量、凝汽器的补水量等各类影响因素,建立了600 MW汽轮机组凝汽系统的数学模型,并利用Matlab/Simulink仿真分析软件对其进行了仿真分析,以获取汽轮机组在工作时凝系统内的水流量与汽轮机组净增加功率之间的关系,从而得出在不同边界条件下满足汽轮机组安全稳定运行的最优的冷却水量,为提高汽轮机组的发电经济性、降低能源消耗奠定基础。
On the basis of in-depth study on condensing gas system of 600MW unit,the influence factors such as water temperature,water quantity and condenser replenishment quantity at the inlet of steam turbine unit during the working process are considered comprehensively. The mathematical model of condensing steam system of 600MW steam turbine unit is established and analyzed by Matlab/Simulink simulation analysis software in order to obtain the relationship between the water flow rate in the condensing system and the net increasing power of the steam turbine unit during working. Thus,the optimal cooling water quantity satisfying the safe and stable operation of the steam turbine unit under different boundary conditions is obtained,in order to improve the steam turbine. The unit power generation economy,reduces the energy consumption to lay the foundation.
