This paper analyzes the common faults and characteristics of coal mine electromechanical equipment,and puts forward three fault diagnosis methods: temperature diagnosis method,vibration diagnosis method and ferrography detection method. Through analyzing the specific application of diagnosis technology and maintenance technology in mechanical and electrical equipment,this paper sums up the cause of failure and maintenance experience,and provides a reference for ensuring the fault diagnosis and maintenance of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment in an all-round way.
