选煤厂程控隔膜压滤机行走系统改造应用

Modification and Application of Program-controlled Diaphragm Filter Press Running System in Coal Preparation Plant

针对某选煤厂对程控隔膜压滤机因在运行过程中行走系统行走轮经常出现故障而进行的改造,分析其出现故障的原因、改造内容以及改造后行走系统的应用效果。应用效果表明:不仅降低了系统发生事故的概率,还减少了设备零部件之间的磨损,延长了系统的使用寿命,并能够在高负荷的状态下实现设备持续运行。

In view of the transformation of the program-controlled diaphragm filter press in a coal preparation plant due to the frequent failure of the walking wheel of the walking system in the running process,the causes of the failure, the contents of the transformation and the application effect of the modified walking system are analyzed. The application results show that it not only reduces the accident probability of the system,but also reduces the wear and tear between the parts of the equipment,prolongs the service life of the system,and can realize the continuous operation of the equipment under the condition of high load.
