摘要
为解决斜沟矿21盘区胶带运输机缓冲托辊应用效果较差的实际问题,结合胡克定理的原理,创造性地提出"弹簧缓冲+缓冲条"缓冲的"双缓冲"模式,有效提高了缓冲床的缓冲能力,避免了皮带磨损与维修工作量。在实际应用后,减少了胶带的维修与更换费用,提高了运输系统的稳定性,具有较高的推广意义。
In order to solve the practical problem of poor application effect of buffer roller of belt conveyor in 21-plate belt conveyor of inclined ditch mine,combined with the principle of Hooke's theorem,the "double buffer" mode of "spring buffer strip" is creatively put forward. It effectively improves the buffering capacity of the buffer bed and avoids belt wear and maintenance workload. After practical application,the cost of belt maintenance and replacement is reduced,and the stability of transportation system is improved.
