变频器调速在煤矿矸井提升系统的应用

摘要 针对凤凰山矿对北矸井绞车进行的变频改造,分析变频器调速的优点与产生干扰后的抑制措施。本次改造利用PLC与变频器配合,通过改变输出电源频率,控制电动机的效果,达到了节能、调速的目的。 In view of the frequency conversion transformation of the north gangue winch in Fenghuangshan Coal Mine, this paper analyzes the advantages of frequency converter speed regulation and the restraining measures after interference. The purpose of saving energy and adjusting speed is achieved by changing the frequency of output power supply and controlling the effect of motor by using the cooperation of PLC and frequency converter.
