摘要
针对煤矿用梭车电控系统,提出改造方案,在分析原电控系统的基础上,详细分析了改造后的电控系统方案,从系统的总体设计、硬件设计以及软件设计三方面展开讨论。改造后的梭车电控系统已经被应用于井下梭车,实际使用结果表明,改造后的电控系统运行稳定、安全可靠,达到改造预期目标。
In the light of the electronic control system of the shuttle c ar for coal mine,the reform scheme is put forward. On the basis of the analysis of the original electric control system,the scheme of the modified electric control system is analyzed in detail,and the whole design,the hardware design and the software design of the system are discussed. The modified shuttle-car electric control system has been applied to the downhole shuttle,and the actual use results show that the modified electric control system is stable,safe and reliable,and the expected target is met.
