摘要
为了满足井下不同场合对步进电机控制器的需求,介绍了步进电机的控制原理及步距设置,设计了基于DSP的双H桥步进电机控制器,同时介绍了快速续流的作用及工作原理,提供了系统的软件设计流程图。该系统可实现步进电机所有的控制模式,可以满足井下提升机等负载的应用需求。
In order to meet the requirement of stepping motor controller in different underground situations,the control principle and step setting of stepping motor are introduced,and a double H bridge stepping motor controller based on DSP is designed. At the same time,the function and working principle of fast continuous flow are introduced,and the software design flow chart of the system is provided. The system can realize all the control modes of stepping motor, and can meet the application demand of downhole hoist and other loads.
