基于变频调速对矸石山绞车各个系统设计研究

摘要 针对某大型煤矿采用前进式开拓难以完成运输矸石任务的难题,基于变频器调速技术,分别对绞车的提升系统、拖动系统和电控系统进行了设计研究。设计选用V160CX6型变频器配合控制器PLC以完成矸石山运输任务,矸石山绞车在变频器调速控制下效果理想。 In order to solve the problem of difficult to accomplish the task of transporting the stone in a large coal mine,the design and research of the lifting system,the dragging system and the electric control system of the drawworks are carried out based on the frequency control technology of the frequency converter. The V160CX6 type frequency converter is designed to cooperate with the controller PLC in order to complete the transportation task of the stone and stone mountain,and the effect of the stone-stone mountain winch under the speed control of the frequency converter is ideal.
