摘要
针对山西潞安铁路运营公司机务段关于在现有内燃机车上使用煤基合成柴油的研究项目,介绍其背景、内容,通过化验数据重点分析煤基油十六烷值的调整过程,通过图示的方法对比运用煤基合成柴油前后的油耗、故障数。对比分析表明:将十六烷值调整到45~55后,煤基合成柴油最符号大型内燃柴油机的使用要求;使用煤基合成柴油后,万吨公里油耗较原来使用石油制柴油降低,维修保养费用明显降低。
In view of the research project of the locomotive depot of Shanxi Lu'an Railway Operation Company about the use of coal-based synthetic diesel oil on the existing diesel locomotives,the background and contents are introduced,and the adjustment process of the cetane number of coal-based oil is analyzed with emphasis on the test data. The fuel consumption and fault number before and after using coal-based synthetic diesel oil were compared by the graphical method. The comparative analysis shows that when the cetane number is adjusted to 45 × 55,the application requirements of the coal-based synthetic diesel engine with the most symbolic large internal combustion engine are discussed. After the use of coal-based synthetic diesel oil,the oil consumption of ten thousand tons of oil is lower than that of the original oil-to-diesel oil,and the maintenance cost is obviously reduced.
