摘要
以BX3-500型交流弧焊机为例,对其在井下生产应用中的原理、特性以及存在的故障进行了研究分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。实践表明,改进后的弧焊机使用效果良好,故障率大幅度降低,提高了煤矿开采的稳定性。
Taking BX3- 500 AC arc welding machine as an example,the principle,characteristics and existing faults of its application in underground production are studied and analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The practice shows that the improved arc welding machine works well,and the failure rate is greatly reduced,and the stability of coal mining is improved.
