矿井地表变压器的问题分析与改进

摘要 基于矿井地表变压器的常见故障现象,分析出不同异常状况对应的散热问题、漏油问题和多点接地问题,针对这些常见问题,有针对性地提出改进对策。经过实际使用证明,改进后的变压器散热情况良好,多点接地故障发生次数为零,漏油现象得到了很好的改善,从多个角度为企业带来了经济效益。 Based on the common fault phenomenon of mine surface tra nsformer,the heat dissipation problem,oil leakage problem and multi-point grounding problem corresponding to different abnormal conditions are analyzed. Aiming at these common problems,the improvement countermeasures are put forward. Through practical application,it is proved that the improved transformer has good heat dissipation,zero frequency of multi-point grounding fault and good improvement of oil leakage phenomenon,which brings economic benefits to the enterprise from many angles.
