多功能电离子手术联合^(90)锶治疗复发性耳廓瘢痕疙瘩

Combined treatment of recurrence auricle keloids with Multi-function electric ion surgery and ^(90)Sr

目的观察多功能电离子手术联合^(90)锶放射治疗复发性耳廓瘢痕疙的临床疗效。方法 2014年12月～2016年12月,30例复发性耳廓瘢痕疙瘩患者,先用多功能电离子手术气化切除耳廓瘢痕疙瘩,术后等创面愈合后,加用吸收剂量为6～15Gy^(90)锶耳廓放射治疗。结果 30例患者经过电离子手术和术后^(90)锶放射综合治疗,一年后复查,未见复发。结论多功能电离子手术联合^(90)锶放射治疗是治疗复发性耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的一个有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of Multi-function electric ion surgery and ^90Sr in treating recurrence of ear auricular keloids.Method From December 2014 to December 2016,30 cases with recurrence of ear auricular keloids were operated with Multi-function electric ion surgery.After the ear wound healing,the keloids were treated with ^90Sr.The total absorbed dose was 6~15Gy.Result 30 cases were treated with Multi-function electric ion surgery and ^90Sr.After one year,ear auricular keloids were not recurrence.Conclusion Multi-function electric ion surgery and ^90Sr is an effective method for treatment of recurrence ear auricular keloids.
