中西医结合治疗风邪外袭型分泌性中耳炎的临床观察

Clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on secretory otitis media

目的观察依据"从风论治"理论治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法选择2017年7月～2018年7月来我院接受治疗的60例分泌性中耳炎作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组有30例。其中对照组患者使用常规西医治疗,治疗组患者在接受西医治疗的同时予以从风论治理论遣方(以下简称"从风方")治疗,对患者治疗效果进行比较和统计。结果经过系统的治疗之后两组患者都产生了显著的效果,其中观察组患者治疗有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组患者治疗有效率为73.3%(22/30)。患者治疗前后差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合的方法运用在分泌性中耳炎患者临床治疗中能够产生显著的效果,患者治疗有效率相对较高,值得在今后的临床治疗活动中进行使用和推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating the secretory otitis media based on the theory of "treating with wind".Methods Sixty cases of secretory otitis media received treatment in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The patients in the treatment group were treated by the theory of wind theory (hereinafter referred to as "the wind prescription"),and the treatment effect was compared and statistically analyzed.Result After the systematic treatment,both two groups had significant effects,while the effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 93.3%(28/30),and the effective rate of the control group was 70.0%(21/30).There are significant differences between?those patients' symptoms before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with secretory otitis media has significant effect.The effective rate of the treatment is relatively higher,and it is worth popularizing application in clinic.
