摘要
为了研究外掺电气石负离子粉的改性沥青路用性能影响因素(目数、外掺比例)的影响机理,选择400目、600目、3000目三种目数的电气石负离子粉,并设置9.0%、12.0%、15.0%、18.0%四种外掺比例进行相应试验。结果表明,电气石负离子粉适当的外掺比例可显著增强沥青的感温性能,其改善程度与电气石负离子粉目数呈正相关;外掺电气石负离子粉能够大幅度提升沥青的高温性能,其改善程度与电气石负离子粉目数、外掺比例呈正相关;外掺电气石负离子粉能够大幅度提升沥青的低温性能;外掺电气石负离子粉能够大幅度提升沥青的黏度,其改善程度与电气石负离子粉目数、外掺比例呈正相关;外掺电气石负离子粉能够大幅度提升沥青和集料之间的黏附能力。
In order to study the influencing mechanism of influencing factors (mesh number and mixing ratio) on the pavement performance of modified asphalt with tourmaline anion powder,three kinds of mesh numbers like 400 mesh,600 mesh and 3000 mesh of tourmaline anion powder are selected,and four kinds of mixing ratios like 9.0%,12.0%,15.0%,18.0% are set up to carry out the corresponding experiments.The results show that:the appropriate mixing ratio of tourmaline anion powder can significantly enhance the performance of temperature sensing of asphalt,and its improvement degree is positively correlated with the mesh number of tourmaline anion powder;the mixing of tourmaline anion powder can significantly improve the high temperature performance of asphalt,and its improvement degree is positively correlated with the mesh number and mixing ratio of tourmaline anion powder;the mixing of tourmaline anion powder can significantly improve the low temperature performance of asphalt;the mixing of tourmaline anion powder can greatly improve the viscosity of asphalt,and its improvement degree is positively correlated with the mesh number and mixing ratio of tourmaline anion powder;the mixing of tourmaline anion powder can greatly improve the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.
