螺旋CT及MRI在外伤性视神经病诊断及治疗中的临床应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索螺旋CT及MRI对外伤性视神经病的诊断价值。方法外伤性视神经病患者80例分别应用CT及MRI进行术前诊断结果对比。结果 80例外伤性视神经病患者,螺旋CT检出率为90.00%,MRI检出率为87.50%,二者检出率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。CT检查判断视神经管骨折部位与病理结果基本接近(P>0.05)。MRI检查判断视神经损伤类型与病理结果基本接近(P>0.05)。患者接受减压术后经MRI检查,70.00%的患者视神经损伤得以明显改善,16.25%的患者视神经损伤有所改善,其余13.75%视神经损伤无改善。结论CT及MRI各有优势,二者结合诊断外伤性视神经病可提供充分实用的影像学支持。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of spiral CT and MRI for external traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods 80 patients with traumatic optic neuropathy were compared with CT and MRI for preoperative diagnosis. Results In 80 patients with traumatic optic neuropathy, the detection rate of spiral CT was 90%, and the detection rate of MRI was 87.50%. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of the two cases (P >0.05). The CT examination showed that the fracture site of optic canal was basically close to the pathological results (P >0.05). MRI examination showed that the type of optic nerve injury was basically close to the pathological results (P >0.05). After MRI decompression, 70% of the patients had obviously improved optic nerve injury, 16.25% of them had improved optic nerve injury, and the rest 13.75% had no improvement in optic nerve injury. Conclusion Both CT and MRI have advantages. The combination of two patients with traumatic optic neuropathy can provide adequate and practical imaging support.
