应用“云夹”监控青少年近视发展的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Monitoring the Development of Teenage Myopia by Clouclip^(TM)

目的评估云夹在监控青少年近视发展过程中的有效性、安全性以及稳定性。方法对28例应用云夹的青少年近视患者进行前瞻性分析,在应用云夹后1个月、3个月、6个月进行复诊,检测最佳矫正视力、屈光度数、角膜曲率、眼轴长度等指标,同时观察患者的不良反应。结果所有患者在配戴过程中没有发现云夹的质量问题,应用过程中无不良反应。配戴前后角膜曲率值和眼轴长度值变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论云夹监控青少年近视发展安全、有效并且性能稳定。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness, safety and stability of the device ClouclipTM (Glasson Technology Co.,Ltd, Hangzhou, China) designed to monitor the development of teenage myopia. Methods This study was a prospective analysis of 28 cases of teenage myopia patients using ClouclipTM, following up for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months after the application of ClouclipTM. The best corrected visual acuity, refractive index, corneal curvature, eye axis length and other indexes were measured, and the patients' adverse reactions were observed. Results All patients did not find the quality problem of the ClouclipTM during the wear process, and no adverse reaction occurred during the application. Conclusion The ClouclipTM monitoring the development of teenage myopia was safe , effective and stable.
