舍曲林联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sertraline combined with Risperidone in the Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

目的观察舍曲林与利培酮联合治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年7月至2017年7月接收的精神分裂症患者122例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各61例,观察组采用舍曲林与利培酮联合治疗,对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗前,观察组SANS评分与对照组无显著差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,SANS评分低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者应用舍曲林联合利培酮治疗后,可显著降低阴性症状评分,提高治疗效果,促进患者康复,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sertraline combined with risperidone in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods To select 122 patients from 2016.7 to 2017.7 and divide them into control group and observation group averagely, observation group were given sertraline combined with risperidone, control group were given risperidone, their clinical effect were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the SANS score between the observation group and the control group (P >0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group, and SANS score was lower than control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Schizophrenia patients treated with sertraline plus risperidone can significantly reduce the negative symptom score, improve the treatment effect, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and life quality.
