临床药物治疗心血管内科心绞痛的效果分析

Effect of Clinical Medicine in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Angina Pectoris

目的探讨心血管内科心绞痛患者药物治疗方法和效果。方法选择2017年2月至2018年2月来我院心血管内科接受治疗的100例心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组患者有50例,其中对照组患者接受常规治疗,实验组患者在接受常规治疗的同时配合使用氯吡格雷药物治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果经过系统的治疗之后,两组患者都产生显著的效果,其中对照组患者治疗有效率为84%(42/50),实验组患者治疗有效率为96%(48/50);实验组患者心绞痛频率和心绞痛持续时间总体评分要优于对照组;两组患者差异较为明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论心血管内科心绞痛患者临床治疗使用氯吡格雷药物治疗能够产生显著效果,值得使用和推广。

Objective To explore the drug treatment methods and effects of cardiovascular angina pectoris patients. Methods One hundred patients with angina pectoris treated in our Department of Cardiology from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. There were 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine treatment. Patients in the experimental group were treated with clopidogrel together with conventional therapy. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the systemic treatment, both groups of patients had significant effects, of which the control group had a therapeutically effective rate of 84%(42/50), and the experimental group had a 96%(48/50) effective rate;the experimental group The overall score of patients' angina frequency and angina duration was better than that of the control group;the difference between the two groups was more obvious (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical treatment of cardiovascular patients with angina pectoris can produce significant effects using clopidogrel drug therapy, which is worthy of use and promotion.
