摘要
目的探讨针对的神经内科患者应用综合护理的临床护理效果。方法选取我院收治神经内二科收治的患者70例,信封法随机分为对照组与观察组,各组35例,对照组予以神经内科常规护理方法,对照组基于此实施综合护理干预,观察组两组患者的护理满意度和危险事件发生情况。结果试验组治疗后试验组的护理满意度及危险事件发生情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预神经内科住院患者安全有效,可以明显提高护理满意度,降低危险事件发生,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with neurology. Methods 70 cases in our hospital neurology department were two patients, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing methods, the control group based on the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, observation and nursing satisfaction degree and risk events in two groups with the occurrence. Results The nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of risk events in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients in neurology department is safe and effective, which can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and reduce risk events, and is worthy of wide application.
