乳腺癌患者术中分子诊断的应用意义分析与研究

目的研究乳腺癌患者术中分子诊断的应用意义。方法我院乳腺病中心2013年1月至2015年8月收治乳腺癌患者共66例,前哨淋巴结(SLN)活检标本122枚,采用Genesearch法进行检测,与冰冻和石蜡组织学结果作对照,分析SLN诊断中Genesearch检测的应用意义。结果本组宏转移16枚,微转移2枚,无肿瘤转移104枚。GeneSearch检测阳性18枚,阴性104枚,检测灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率为88.9%、96.2%、80.0%、98.0%、95.1%。结论 Genesearch检测的灵敏度、特异度较高,可作为SLN术中诊断的重要方法。
