白陶土与鞣花酸检测APTT的差异性分析

摘要 目的通过用白陶土与鞣花酸两种不同激活剂检测活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),并对其结果进行差异性分析。方法通过对100例临床患者抽取静脉血液分离血浆,用白陶土作为激活剂的ACL Top700和以鞣花酸作为激活剂的Sysmex CA7000两台全自动血凝分析仪上进行APTT指标的检测。并对结果进行配对t检验和相关性回归统计学分析。结果白陶土试剂检测的APTT值与鞣花酸试剂相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),且白陶土试剂检测值低于鞣花酸。结论当实验室同时使用两种激活剂检测APTT指标时,应建立自己的APTT参考值范围。 Objective To detect the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) by using two different activators in kaolin and ellagic acid, and analyze the difference of the results. Methods ACL Top700 analyzer with kaolin as activator and Sysmex CA7000 analyzer with ellagic acid as activator, 100 cases of clinical patient blood were extracted and detected the APTT. The results were determined by t test and correlation analysis. Results The APTT value of the kaolin reagent was significantly lower than that of ellagic acid reagent (P <0.05). Conclusion When the laboratory uses two activators to detect APTT, the reference range must been established himself.
