冀中腹地“城市链+城市团”格局发展构想

Consideration of Hebei Central Hinterland Urban System Based on the Construction of "City Chain + City Group"

京津冀协同发展战略的提出以及雄安新区的设立,为京津冀城市体系的进一步发展搭建起了新的平台.在此过程中除了要强调京津石三角形、京津保三角形以及京津雄安三角形外,也还要在冀中腹地内构建更多的城市链以及城镇团,并且要强化发展节点中心地,充分利用发展基础较好的县级中心地整合腹地内的乡镇中心地,合理确定城市链、中心地等的发展秩序,并且将一些县级中心地整合在一起构建起片区,使得中心地间的联系更加紧密,冀中腹地路网通达性程度更高.冀中腹地内的片区包括宁安片区、定安片区、辛州片区等.宁安片区位于东西向的“石家庄市—沧州市”城市链与南北向的“雄安新区—衡水市”城市链的交汇处,处于保定市、雄安新区、沧州市、衡水市、石家庄市等中心地中间,在构建石家庄第三极过程中扮演着节点角色,行政区划调整后的衡水市也会成为将冀中与冀南整合在一起的节点.

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development strategy has been put forward and Xiongan New District has also been set up,which sets up the new platform for the further development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban system.In the process,in addition to emphasizing the Beijing-Tianjin-Shijiazhuang triangle,Beijing-Tianjin -Baoding triangle and Beijing-Tianjin-Xiongan triangle,more city-chains and city-groups in Hebei central hinterland should be built up,and furthermore the development of node centers should be strengthened,making full use of centers with good development foundation,reasonable city chain and cities should be determined,some county-grade centers should be integrated together to construct area,making connection among centers more closely.The areas in Hebei central hinterland are Ningan area,Dingan area,Xinzhou area.Ningan area plays an important role during the procession of Shijiazhuang "the third pole",being located at intersection between east-west direction chain as "Shiajizhuang City-Cangzhou City" and north-south direction chain as "Xiongan New District-Hengshui City",and circled by Baoding City,Xiongan New District,Cangzhou City,Hengshui City,Shijiazhuang City.Hengshui City in which administrative division is adjusted can also be the node which integrates central Hebei Province and south Hebei Province.
