摘要 依据运动生物力学、解剖学和心理学原理结合跨栏步技术的结构和特征设计了滑马过栏的教学手段,通过4步教学——起跨攻马、马上骑坐、支撑下马、滑马过栏,完成了从分解到完整的跨栏步技术进程.利用河北师范大学体育学院跨栏课教学的时机来验证滑马过栏教学手段的实效性.结果显示:滑马过栏能有效提高学生掌握跨栏步技术的动作质量,缩短教学时间,是一种实效性强的跨栏步教学手段. On the basis of principle of sports biomechanics,anatomy and psychology,combined with the structure and characteristics of hurdle step technology,this paper designs the teaching methods of "Sliding horse hurdle step".It is divided into four parts,which are attacking,riding,supporting and sliding horse to finish the technological progress of hurdle step from decomposition to integrity.Its effectiveness is tested on the teaching course of hurdle in Physical Education College of Hebei Normal University.The result shows that sliding horse hurdle step,as a kind of practical hurdle teaching methods,can effectively improve the students’ technological quality of hurdle step and shorten teaching time.
