多种方式综合回访在儿童过敏性紫癜患者中的应用

The Application of Multiple Return Visit in the Children with Anaphylactoid Purpura

目的探讨多种方式综合回访对院外儿童过敏性紫癜患者预后的影响。方法将已经达到出院标准的儿童过敏性紫癜患者136例按照随机数表法分为随访组和对照组,每组各68例,随访组每周通过电话,微信或者QQ进行联系1次,对照组6个月后随访1次。结果随访组遵医行为高于对照组,病情复发率以及再次住院率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多方式综合回访可以提高院外患者遵医行为,降低疾病复发率和再次住院率,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of multiple return visit on the prognosis of patients with anaphylactoid purpura in children. Methods 136 cases of children with anaphylactoid purpura were randomly divided into follow-up group and control group by random number table method, each group had 68 patients. The follow-up group was contacted by telephone, WeChat or mobile QQ once a week. The control group was followed up one time after 6 months. Results The follow-up group had a higher compliance with medical practices than the control group, while the recurrence rate and the hospitalization rate were lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The multiple return visit can improve the patients’ medication compliance,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease and the rehospitalization rate, is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
