人性化护理在神经内科护理中的应用

Application of Humanized Nursing in Neurology Nursing

目的观察人性化护理在神经内科护理中的临床效果。方法选取自2016年4月至2017年4月于大连市第五人民医院神经内二科病房住院治疗的脑梗死、脑供血不足等患者60例,采用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规护理,试验组30例,应用人性化护理,观察两组患者护理前后护理满意度及护理风险程度评分。结果护理后:①褥疮风险评分:对照组(9.03±4.24),试验组(14.85±4.52);②跌倒风险评分:对照组(41.28±2.33),试验组(23.41±1.16);③深静脉血栓风险评分:对照组(3.86±1.27),试验组(1.56±0.38);④临床护理满意度:对照组66.67%,试验组93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论人性化护理可有效避免神经内科疾病患者褥疮、跌倒、深静脉血栓等情况发生,提高患者生活质量,临床护理满意度理想,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of humanized nursing in neurology nursing. Methods 60 patients were admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital. The patients were randomly divided .The control group of routine care, the experimental group of 30 cases, the application of human care, the two groups of patients nursing satisfaction and nursing care risk rating. Results The risk score of bedsore was (9.03±4.24) in the control group and (14.85±4.52) in the experimental group. The fall risk score was (41.28±2.33) in the control group and (23.41±1.16) in the experimental group. The risk score of deep vein thrombosis was (3.86±1.27), and (1.56±0.38) in the experimental group.④ The satisfaction rate was 66.67% in the control group and 93.33% in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can effectively prevent bedsores, falls and deep venous in patients with neurological diseases and have satisfactory clinical nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
