产科护理新模式在促进产妇自然分娩中的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of New Obstetric Nursing Model in Promoting Natural Childbirth of Parturient

目的探讨产科护理新模式在促进产妇自然分娩中的临床价值。方法选择2016年2月至2017年3月80例产科产妇分组。对照组沿用传统的产科护理模式,观察组用产科护理新模式。比较两组满意度、自然分娩率;产痛情况、产程平均时间;干预前后产妇负性心理状态。结果观察组满意度、自然分娩率高于对照组,P <0.05。其中,观察组满意度97.50%高于对照组满意度75.0%;观察组自然分娩率95.00%高于对照组自然分娩率77.50%。观察组产痛情况(5.55±0.51)分低于对照组(7.75±2.55)分,产程平均时间(9.51±1.52)h短于对照组(11.55±2.51)h,P <0.05。干预前两组负性心理状态相近,P> 0.05;干预后观察组负性心理状态优于对照组,P <0.05。结论产科护理新模式在促进产妇自然分娩中的临床效果肯定,可提升自然分娩率和满意度,减轻产妇不良情绪,缩短产程,减轻产痛,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of a new model of obstetric care in promoting maternal natural childbirth. Methods 80 cases of Obstetrics and women in March -2017 February 2016 were selected. In the control group, the traditional obstetric nursing mode was used, and the observation group was used in the new mode of obstetric nursing. The satisfaction of the two groups, the natural delivery rate, the labor pain, the average duration of labor, and the negative psychological state of the parturients before and after the intervention were compared. Results The satisfaction rate and natural delivery rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, P <0.05. Among them, the observation group satisfaction was 97.50% higher than the control group satisfaction 75.0%;the observation group natural delivery rate was 95.00% higher than the control group natural delivery rate 77.50%. The incidence of pain in the observation group (5.55±0.51) was lower than that in the control group (7.75±2.55), and the average time of labor (9.51±1.52) h was shorter than that of the control group (11.55±2.51) h, P <0.05. Before the intervention, the negative psychological status of the two groups was similar, P >0.05;after intervention, the negative psychological state of the observation group was better than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion the new mode of obstetric nursing is effective in promoting the natural childbirth of pregnant women. It can improve the natural childbirth rate and satisfaction, relieve the negative emotions of the puerpera, shorten the labor process and reduce the labor pain, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
