吲哚菁绿荧光法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中的价值研究及分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中运用吲哚菁绿荧光法的临床效果。方法随机将我院2015年6月至2016年6月期间收治的130例乳腺癌患者分为两组,其中给予对照组行美蓝染色法,而观察组则行吲哚菁绿荧光法,对比分析两组检出情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组的检测成功率、准确率均较高,且假阴性率低,组间对比有明显差异(P<0.05);同时,与对照组比较,观察组的平均用时较短,前哨淋巴结数较多,组间对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论临床上将吲哚菁绿荧光法运用在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中,能够使假阴性率降低,使诊断准确性提高。
