饮食指导结合心理干预对剖宫产产妇产后焦虑抑郁的影响

Effect of diet guidance combined with psychological intervention on postpartum anxiety and depression of cesarean section women

目的探讨饮食指导结合心理干预对剖宫产产妇产后情绪管理的影响。方法选取2016年2月～2017年9月期间在宝鸡市妇幼保健院实施剖宫产的初产妇126例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各63例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上再给予饮食指导和心理干预。在术后第1天(干预前)、术后1月(干预后),比较两组产妇焦虑抑郁情况。结果观察组产妇干预后焦虑、抑郁评分和焦虑、抑郁的发病数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论饮食指导结合心理干预可有效改善剖宫产后产妇焦虑、抑郁状态。

Objective To explore the influence of diet guidance and psychological intervention on emotional management of puerperal women after cesarean section.Methods 126 primipara underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group,according to the sequence of operation time,63 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing after operation,and the observation group was given dietary guidance and psychological intervention.On the first day after operation and one month after operation,the anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores and the incidence of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention ( P <0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Diet guidance combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of parturient women after cesarean section.
