摘要
戊二醛作为连接蛋白质与蛋白质最常用的双功能试剂,有两个对称的活性醛基,可分别与酶蛋白和免疫球蛋白上的游离氨基(酚基、咪唑基、巯基)以共价键的形式结合起来,利用这一特性,将牛血清蛋白(BSA)与三聚氰胺偶联,合成人工抗原.这一人工合成技术以其快速且简便的特点,非常适合大量样品的检验和筛选.
Glutaraldehyde as between protein and protein is the most commonly used bifunctional reagent,there are two symmetrical active aldehyde group,respectively with enzyme protein and immunoglobulin on free amino (phenol,imidazole,sh) in the form of a covalent bond,using this feature,bovine serum albumin (BSA) with melamine coupling,synthesis of artificial antigens.This synthetic technique is rapid and simple,and is suitable for the test and screening of large samples.
