氯霉素泼尼松搽剂在隐翅虫皮炎中的应用效果

Evaluation of clinical efficacy of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment on the treatment of paederus dermatitis

目的观察氯霉素泼尼松搽剂外搽联合5%碳酸氢钠溶液湿敷治疗隐翅虫皮炎的临床疗效。方法将100例隐翅虫皮炎患者采用抛硬币法随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组采用氯霉素泼尼松搽剂外搽联合5%碳酸氢钠溶液湿敷,对照组采用炉甘石洗剂外搽联合5%碳酸氢钠溶液湿敷,治疗1周后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(98%与82%,χ~2=7.111,P<0.01),治疗组治愈时间明显短于对照组[(6.9±1.4)d与(8.2±1.2)d,t=-4.589,P<0.05]。结论氯霉素泼尼松搽剂外搽联合碳酸氢钠溶液湿敷治疗隐翅虫皮炎疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment combined 5% sodium bicarbonate on the treatment of paederus dermatitis.Methods One hundred cases of paederus dermatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Five percents sodium bicarbonate wet packing were given to all patients,and patients in the treatment group also used chloramphenicol prednisone liniment,patients in the control group were also used calamine lotion.The clinical effect of two groups of patients were compared after one week.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(98% vs.82%,χ^2=9.058,P<0.01).The cure time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group[(6.9±1.4)d vs.(8.2±1.2)d, t=-4.589,P<0.05].Conclusion Chloramphenicol prednisone liniment combined with 5% sodium bicarbonate is an effective way to treat paederus dermatitis.
