FMEA护理模式联合耳穴压豆对冠心病心绞痛患者中医症状积分SAQ总分及HHI评分的影响

Effects of FMEA nursing mode combined with ear point pressure bean intervention on TCM symptom score,SAQ total score and HHI score of patients with angina pectoris

目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)护理模式联合耳穴压豆对冠心病心绞痛患者中医症状积分、西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)总分及Herth希望量表(HHI)评分的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月在我院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者120例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组予以FMEA护理模式,观察组联合耳穴压豆,观察对比2组治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、中医症状积分、SAQ和HHI评分的改善情况,统计护理满意度。结果观察组治疗后心绞痛发作频率和持续时间均较对照组改善显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗前后各项中医症状积分差值显著大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAQ、HHI各项评分以及总分的治疗前后差值均大于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97%,显著高于对照组87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FMEA护理管理模式联合耳穴压豆干预心绞痛患者能够减少心绞痛发作频率,缩短心绞痛发作时的持续时间,显著改善患者中医症状积分、SAQ、HHI量表评分,同时提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of FMEA nursing mode combined with ear point pressing beans on TCM symptom score,SAQ total score and HHI score of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases).The control group was given FMEA nursing mode.The observation group was given FMEA nursing mode combined with ear point pressing beans.The improvement of angina pectoris attack,TCM symptom score,SAQ and HHI score before and after treatment was observed and compared between the two groups.Nursing satisfaction was counted.Results After treatment,the improvement of angina pectoris attack frequency and average duration in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05);the difference of TCM symptoms scores before and after treatment in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05);the difference of SAQ,HHI scores and total scores in the observation group was greater than that in the control group before and after treatment (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97%,significantly higher than that of the control group (87%,P<0.05).Conclusion FMEA nursing management mode combined with ear point pressing beans can reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attack,shorten the duration of angina pectoris attack,significantly improve the scores of TCM symptoms,SAQ and HHI scores,and improve nursing satisfaction.
