摘要
利用交叉培养法研究波吉卵囊藻与蛋白核小球藻之间的化感效应,同时也探讨了高温处理对化感物质的作用.结果表明:1)波吉卵囊藻滤液对蛋白核小球藻的生长有明显的促进效应,且随浓度的升高,促进效应越明显; 2) 80%和100%体积分数的蛋白核小球藻滤液对波吉卵囊藻生长有明显的抑制效应; 3)经高温处理后,40%体积分数的波吉卵囊藻滤液对蛋白核小球藻的促进效应强度下降,而80%体积分数的蛋白核小球藻滤液对波吉卵囊藻的抑制效应不明显.实验显示,波吉卵囊藻与蛋白核小球藻之间产生了相互促进或抑制作用的化感物质;在小球藻具有一定种群的池塘中应用波吉卵囊藻,需将其比例调整至小球藻生物量的1. 25倍以上,才有利于波吉卵囊藻的生长.
With the cross-cultivation method,the allelopathy between Oocystis borgei and Chlorella pyrenoidosa was explored.Meanwhile,the effects of allelochemicals with high-temperature treatment were investigated.The results showed that:(1)The growth of C.pyrenoidosa is significantly promoted by extracellular filtrate of O.borgei,and the promotion is increasingly obvious with the increase of concentration;(2)the 80% and 100% concentration filtrate of C.pyrenoidosa distinctly inhibit the growth of Oocystis sp;(3)After the high temperature treatment,the 40% concentration filtrate of O.borgei results in a decrease of promoting effect,while the 80% concentration filtrate of C.pyrenoidosa shows no significant changes in inhibition.The current investigation indicated that a significant allelopathy exists between C.pyrenoidosa and O.borgei,either to promote or to inhibit the growth of each other.For better application in aquaculture,the biomass of O.borgei should be adjusted to 1.25 times at the least of C.pyrenoidosa to promote the growth of O.borgei.
