实用技术与知识在学术界和中小型企业之间的转移研究

On the Technology-knowledge Transfer Between Academic Circles and Small-medium-sized Enterprises( SME)

知识经济社会,知识更新速度不断加快,而如何实现技术与知识在学术界和中小型企业之间的转移则具有重要的意义。作为技术转移中心,可以很好地实现高校与中小企业之间的联接。技术转移中心主要有两个目标:一、转移中心灵活应对企业需求;二、转移中心作为中小企业的合作伙伴帮助他们从应用科学大学/综合大学的创新中受益,以此确保他们的竞争力,因为很多这些企业无法负担自己从事研究的费用。以海尔布隆过程工艺、能源与环境保护技术史太白技术转移中心为例,介绍德国技术转移中心运作的原则、方式,以及特别是在海外提供的服务。

In the knowledge-economy society,knowledge updating is becoming faster and faster,which makes technology-knowledge transfer between academic circles and small-medium-sized enterprises(SME) important.The technology transfer centers can bridge universities and SME with two goals:a) these centers should react flexibly to the needs of industry,b)SME,which cannot afford their own research,should participate in the universities/applied universities’ innovation so as to secure their competitive ability.This article takes a case study of the principles,ways and overseas service of the Steinbeis Technology Transfer Centre in Heilbronn from perspectives of its processing,energy and environmental engineering.
