高校旨在促进大学生学业成功的支持措施研究

On Institutional Measures to Promote Students’ Academic Success

摘要 为了从大学一开始就为学生提供有针对性的帮助,从而促进他们获得学业成功,除了传统的咨询服务和支持措施外,许多高校近年来还开发了一些创新方案。其中很多服务是针对特定目标群体(MINT类专业的学生、外国学生等)量身定制的。高校也越来越多地使用数字产品,以确保学生的专业适合度(在线评估)并深化学习内容(混合学习课程)。被认为是最佳的四种实践模式表明,高校在此采取的措施如能在整个学业进程中相互衔接,并对学生在专业领域的表现进行监测,那么这些措施的效果也最好。 In recent years,many higher education institutions have developed innovative concepts to increase their students’ academic success by providing them with targeted support right from the beginning.Many of these offers are tailored to the needs of specific target groups (students of MINT subjects,international students,etc.).Higher education institutions are increasingly turning to digital support services to ensure their students’ professional fit (online assessment) and intensify the dissemination of study contents (blended learning courses).The example of four best practice models shows that measures are particularly promising when they are linked throughout the course of studies and are accompanied by monitoring the students’ performance.
