家庭式就医体验对青光眼患者生命体征、睡眠及焦虑程度的影响分析

The Influence of Family Medical Experience on Vital Signs,Sleep and Anxiety of Glaucoma Patients

目的:探讨家庭式就医体验对青光眼患者生命体征、睡眠及焦虑程度的影响。方法:选取2018年1—12月华中科技大学同济医学院同济医院收治的青光眼患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组按照常规护理模式进行护理服务,观察组在此基础之上给予家庭式就医体验模式。比较2组患者在不同的就医体验的模式下,前后生命体征、睡眠及患者焦虑程度的变化。结果:2组患者入院时的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、睡眠及焦虑程度作比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05);观察组患者出院前1天的焦虑程度明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:采用新模式下的家庭式就医体验能有效维持青光眼患者生命体征的平稳,且能较好的改善患者的睡眠质量和焦虑状态,进一步的改善护患之间的和谐,消除患者就医陌生感和不安的情绪,提高患者入院就医的幸福感及满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of family medical experience on vital signs,sleep and anxiety of glaucoma patients.Methods:From January to December 2018,100 patients with glaucoma treated in Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).On this basis,the observation group was given a family medical experience model.The changes of vital signs,sleep and anxiety were compared between the two groups under different medical experience models.Results:Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),sleep and anxiety were compared between the two groups at admission,and the differences were not statistically significant(all P >0.05).The anxiety level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group the day before discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family medical experience under the new model can effectively maintain glaucoma patients vital signs stable,and can better improve the patient's sleep quality and anxiety state,further improve the harmony between nurses and patients,to eliminate patients hospitalized strangeness and anxious mood,improve hospitalized patients with happiness and satisfaction.
