胆囊结石不同手术方式术后胃肠功能恢复和早期睡眠质量分析

Analysis of Gastrointestinal Function Recovery and Early Sleep Quality after Operation of Cholecystolithiasis

目的:探讨胆囊结石不同手术方式术后胃肠功能恢复和早期睡眠质量情况。方法:选取2016年6月至2018年6月中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院收治的胆囊结石患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用微创保胆取石术,对照组采用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,比较2组患者术后的胃肠功能恢复情况、术后早期睡眠质量以及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组的胃肠功能恢复情况较对照组良好,首次排便时间、肛门排气时间和肠鸣音恢复时间明显缩短(P <0. 05),同时观察组的睡眠质量评分为(3. 56±0. 58)分,睡眠障碍发生率为2. 5%,亦明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),2组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:微创保胆取石术具有与腹腔镜手术的相当优势,不增加患者的术后并发症,且可促进术后胃肠功能恢复和改善术后睡眠状况。

Objective:To investigate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and early sleep quality after different surgical methods of gallstones.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2018,80 patients with gallstone in Guangdong East Hospital affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University were randomly divided into observation group( n =40)and control group( n =40).The observation group was treated with minimally invasive choledocholithotomy and the control group was treated with laparoscopic Cholecystectomy.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,the quality of early sleep and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Methods:The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the treatment group gave empathy care on the basis of the control group method and the nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The first defecation time,anal exhaust time and intestinal sound recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the sleep quality score of the observation group was(3.56±0.58).The incidence of sleep disorder was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive choledocholithotomy has the advantage of laparoscopy,without increasing postoperative complications,and can promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and improve postoperative sleep status.
