超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响分析

Clinical Effect of Phacoemulsification Cataract Extraction for Angle-closure Glaucoma and its Impact on Sleep Quality

目的:探讨超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床疗效,并分析其应用价值。方法:选取2015年1月至2019年1月华厦眼科医院集团烟台康爱眼科医院收治的闭角型青光眼200例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组患者行小梁切除术进行治疗,观察组患者行超声乳化白内障吸除术进行治疗,观察比较2组患者临床治疗效果与并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率为94%,对照组患者临床治疗有效率为72%;且观察组患者并发症发生率为6%,明显低于对照组的27%,2组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在闭角型青光眼病症的治疗中,应用超声乳化白内障吸除术能够提高治疗效果,且安全性更高,值得研究推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma and to analyze its application value.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2019,200 cases of angle-closure glaucoma treated in Yantai Kangai Ophthalmic Hospital of Huaxia Ophthalmic Hospital Group were randomly divided into control group( n =100)and observation group( n =100).The patients in the control group were treated with trabeculectomy and the patients in the observation group were treated with phacoemulsification and cataract extraction.The clinical treatment effect and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment was 94% in the observation group and 72% in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(27%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma,phacoemulsification can improve the therapeutic effect,and the safety is higher,so it is worth popularizing.
