康复期乳腺癌患者睡眠情况及其对抑郁、焦虑的作用评价

Evaluation of Sleep Status and Its Effect on Depression and Anxiety in Convalescent Breast Cancer Patients

目的:了解康复期乳腺癌患者睡眠情况及其对抑郁、焦虑的作用。方法:选取2016年1月至2019年1月哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院收治的乳腺癌患者80例作为研究对象,根据有无睡眠障碍分为睡眠障碍组和睡眠正常组,每组40例。给予2组患者全面护理干预,比较2组满意问卷测评值,平均住院天数以及患者康复锻炼的依从性;护理前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分;护理投诉发生率。结果:睡眠正常组满意问卷测评值、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、平均住院的天数以及患者康复锻炼的依从性、护理投诉发生率比较睡眠障碍组有优势,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:乳腺癌患者睡眠障碍越严重,其焦虑和抑郁程度越高,而实施有效的护理可减轻患者焦虑抑郁,并提高其治疗依从行为和满意度。

Objective:To understand the sleep status of convalescent breast cancer patients and its effect on depression and anxiety.Methods:80 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled and divided into sleep disorder group and normal sleep group according to whether they had sleep disorders.40 cases in each group.The average number of days in hospital and the compliance of patients with rehabilitation exercise,Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale before and after nursing,incidence of nursing complaints were all recorded after comprehensive nursing intervention between each group.Results:Compared with the sleep disorder group,the normal sleep group had advantages in questionnaire evaluation,Hamilton depression scale score,Hamilton anxiety scale score,average number of days in hospital,compliance with rehabilitation exercise,and nursing complaint rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The more serious the sleep disturbance of breast cancer patients is,the higher the degree of anxiety and depression is.And the implementation of effective nursing not only can reduce anxiety and depression of patients,but also improve their compliance behavior and satisfaction.
