家长参与护理模式对儿科患儿睡眠质量的影响

The Influence of Parent-involved Nursing Mode on Sleep Quality of Pediatric Children

目的:研究儿科采用家长参与护理模式对其睡眠质量的临床影响。方法:选取2017年12月至2018年12月福建医科大学附属宁德市医院儿科患者90例作为研究对象,根据数字表分组原则,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,其中常规护理对象,定义为对照组,家长参与护理模式干预对象,定义为观察组。分析护理效果。结果:观察组患儿依从率为(97. 78%),对照组患儿依从率为(82. 22%,P <0. 05);观察组护理质量评分较高,要优于对照组护理质量评分(P <0. 05);干预前,2组睡眠治疗评分(PSQI)以及情绪评分(SDS、SAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);干预后,观察组睡眠治疗评分(PSQI)以及情绪评分(SDS、SAS)得到了显著改善,且优于对照组睡眠治疗评分以及情绪评分(SDS、SAS,P <0. 05)。结论:对儿科采用家长参与护理模式,护理效果优异,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of parental involvement on sleep quality in pediatrics.Methods:A Total of 90 pediatric patients from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into study group( n =45)and routine group( n =45)according to the principle of digital table grouping.The routine nursing object was defined as routine group,and the intervention object of parents participating in nursing mode was defined as research group.To analyze the nursing effect.Results:Compliance rate of children in the study group was 97.78%,and that in the routine group was(82.22%,P <0.05).The nursing quality score in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no difference in PSQI and emotional score(SDS,SAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the sleep treatment score(PSQI)in the study group was as follows:The scores of SDS and SAS were significantly improved,and were better than those of the routine group(SDS and SAS,P <0.05).Conclusion:Parental involvement nursing mode is effective in pediatrics,and it is worth popularizing.
