情志护理模式改善冠心病患者不良情绪和睡眠质量的临床研究

Study on the Improvement of Emotional Nursing Model on the Bad Emotion and Sleep Quality of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察分析情志护理模式应用于冠心病患者对其不良情绪以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年10月安徽蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的冠心病患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=40例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用情志护理模式,比较2组患者的不良情绪和睡眠质量改善情况。结果:观察组护理后的SAS评分为(21. 3±2. 8)分,SDS评分为(23. 2±2. 7)分,与对照组的(28. 9±3. 4)分和(31. 4±3. 8)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组护理1周后的PSQI评分为(9. 6±3. 5)分,护理2周后的PSQI评分为(5. 8±1. 7)分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:情志护理模式应用于冠心病患者,可有效缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁等负性情绪,改善患者睡眠质量,提升患者生命质量,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the influence of emotional nursing mode on the bad mood and sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 82 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Anhui Bengbu First People's Hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were divided into Obervation group( n =42 cases)and control group( n =40 cases).The control group received routine nursing.The Obervation group applied emotional nursing mode on the basis of the control group,and compared the improvement of bad mood and sleep quality between the two groups.Results:The SAS score and SDS score of the Obervation group were(21.3±2.8)and(23.2±2.7)respectively,which were significantly different from those of the control group( 28.9± 3.4)and(31.4±3.8)(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the Obervation group was(9.6±3.5)after one week of nursing,and(5.8±1.7)after two weeks of nursing,which had statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emotional nursing model applied to patients with coronary heart disease can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression and other negative emotions,improve the quality of sleep,improve the quality of life of patients,it is worth promoting.
