引入前瞻性护理干预策略对ICU清醒患者睡眠指数及消极情感状态的影响

The Effect of Prospective Nursing Intervention Strategy on Sleep Index and Negative Emotional State of ICU Awake Patients was Introduced

目的:分析引入前瞻性护理干预策略对ICU清醒患者睡眠指数及消极情感状态的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月蚌埠市第一人民医院重症监护室收治的清醒患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,比较2组患者各项指标。结果:干预后观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);干预后观察组患者的各项PSQI评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,观察组SF-36各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对ICU清醒患者进行护理是应用前瞻性护理干预效果显著,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of introducing prospective nursing intervention strategy on sleep index and negative emotional state of ICU awake patients.Methods:Atotal of 100 sober patients admitted to the intensive care unit of bengbu first people's hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 patients in each group,and the indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,sf-36 scores of all dimensions in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:prospective nursing intervention is effective and worthy of application in the nursing of ICU awake patients.
