系统护理对慢性粒细胞白血病患者生命质量、睡眠质量及情绪的影响

Effect of Systematic Nursing on Quality of Life,Sleep Quality and Emotion in Patients with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

目的:分析并探究系统护理对慢性粒细胞白血病患者生命质量、睡眠质量及情绪的影响。方法:选取2016年6月至2018年6月厦门大学附属第一医院血液科收治的慢性粒白血病患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予系统护理干预。并在实施护理3个月后对2组患者使用QLQC30、PSQI、SAS及SDS评分进行评价。结果:护理后观察组患者的生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者干预后睡眠质量及情绪评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对慢性粒细胞白血病患者使用系统护理可以提高患者的生命质量,也可以改善患者的睡眠质量和不良情绪。

Objective:To analyze and explore the effects of systematic nursing on the quality of life,sleep quality and mood of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia.Methods:A total of 78 patients with CML admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.After three months of experimental nursing,the scores of QLQC30,PSQI,SAS and SDS were evaluated,and the scores were recorded and compared.Results:After the experiment,the quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality and emotional score of the patients in the observation group before and after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing for patients with chronic myeloid leukemia can improve their quality of life,sleep quality and bad mood.
