护理干预对雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺患者睡眠质量及血气分析的改善性研究

Nursing Intervention on the Improvement of Sleep Quality and Blood Gas Analysis in Patients with Copd by Atomization Inhalation

目的:探讨护理干预对雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者睡眠质量及血气分析的改善性。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月广州市第一人民医院收治的COPD患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组患者在治疗后不采取任何护理干预,观察组患者在治疗后给予护理干预,对2组患者干预前后的睡眠质量及血气进行分析比较。结果:护理干预前2组患者的睡眠质量及血气差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理干预后对照组患者睡眠质量显著低于观察组患者(P <0. 05);护理干预后对照组患者的氧气分压、血氧饱和度低于观察组而二氧化碳分压高于观察组(P <0. 05)。结论:对进行雾化吸入治疗的慢阻肺患者实施护理干预,可有效改善其睡眠质量及血气指标,值得在临床上进行推广应用。

Objective:To explore the improvement of sleep quality and blood gas analysis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)treated by atomization inhalation.Methods:A total of 88 patients with COPD admitted to Guangzhou first peopleundefineds Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group( n =44)and observation group( n =44).The patients in the control group did not take any nursing intervention after treatment,while the patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention after treatment.The sleep quality and blood gas of the two groups before and after intervention were analyzed and compared.Results:There was no significant difference in sleep quality and blood gas between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the sleep quality of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the partial pressure of oxygen and blood oxygen saturation in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,but the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by atomization inhalation can effectively improve their sleep quality and blood gas index,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
