中西医结合治疗脑卒中合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征临床效果

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Stroke Complicated with Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗脑卒中合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的脑卒中合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者100例作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为西医组和中西组,每组50例,西医组实施西医方案治疗,中西组则实施西医方案+中医方案治疗。比较2组脑卒中合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征疗效;呼吸紊乱指数和血氧饱和度;治疗前后患者PSQI评分水平以及最长呼吸暂停时间、通气时间、NSE水平;不良反应。结果:中西组脑卒中合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征疗效、呼吸紊乱指数和血氧饱和度、PSQI评分水平以及最长呼吸暂停时间、通气时间、NSE水平相比较西医组更好,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。中西组和西医组不良反应相似,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:西医方案+中医方案治疗脑卒中合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征效果确切,可获得理想效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on stroke combined with sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:100 patients with sleep apnea syndrome from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into western medicine group and Chinese and western medicine group.Western medicine group was given with western medicine treatment,while Chinese and western medicine group was given with western medicine associated with Chinese medicine treatment.The curative effect,respiratory disorder index and oxygen saturation,PSQI score,longest apnea time,ventilation time,NSE level and adverse reactions of two groups of stroke patients with sleep apnea syndrome before and after treatment were compared.Results:The efficacy,respiratory disordered index and oxygen saturation,PSQI score level and maximum apnea time,ventilation time and NSE levels of stroke combined with sleep apnea syndrome in Chinese and Western medicine group were better than those of Western group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions between the two groups are similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:Western and Chinese medicine treatment on stroke patients combined with sleep apnea syndrome is effective and can obtain ideal results.
