基于PDCA循环的病区麻醉药品、第一类精神药品管理与睡眠质量影响

Effects of Narcotic Drugs,Class I Psychotropic Drugs Management and Sleep Quality in Patient Areas Based on PDCA Cycle

目的:利用PDCA循环管理模式对病区麻醉药物以及第一类精神类药物进行有效管理,探讨对睡眠质量影响。方法:针对当前院内各个科室就麻醉药物以及第一类精神药物管理期间潜在问题进行探讨并针对性开展相关管理计划。结果:医院应当针对病区麻醉药物以及第一类精神药物进行有效管理,务必构建完善的管理体系、建立健全相关管理规章,提高对相关人员的管理培训、建立完善的审核督查机制进行考量。结论:基于PDCA循环管理模式可以有效促进病区麻醉药物以及第一类精神药物的管理水平提升,具有一定推广与应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management model on sleep quality in patients with narcotic drugs and class Ⅰ psychotropic drugs.Methods:The potential problems in the management of narcotic drugs and class Ⅰ psychotropic drugs were discussed and relevant management plans were carried out.Results:The hospital should carry out effective management of anesthetic drugs and class Ⅰ psychotropic drugs in the ward,and be sure to establish a perfect management system,establish and perfect relevant management rules,improve the management training of relevant personnel,and establish and perfect audit and supervision mechanism.Conclusion:PDCA cycle management model can effectively promote the management level of anesthetic drugs and class Ⅰ psychotropic drugs in the ward,which has certain promotion and application value.
