数控机床热误差模型稳健性分析

摘要 本文探讨了不同的数控机床热误差补偿模型的稳健性,具体进行了采用支持向量机法、最小二乘算法以及时间序列分布滞后法建立的热误差补偿模型的分析。在不同的实验条件下对这三个预测模型进行预测精度分析,从而为热误差建模提供参考。本文结果显示,基于支持向量机的模型拟合精度最高,具有较强的稳健性和良好的预测效果,该算法可以用来进行数控机床热误差补偿建模分析。
